What a night! Thanks to each and every one of you who supported or joined us last night at our first-ever virtual fundraiser, 30 Years of Radical Disruption and Compassionate Resistance. It was an incredible evening and a reminder to all of us that the power of people coming together to demand change is unstoppable.

Last night over one hundred members of our community of radical, badass breast cancer activists came together from all over the country to reflect on our past successes and recommit to the work that lies ahead. And we did recommit! Together we raised over 96% of our ambitious $75,000 goal!

We are so close to our goal, and we need your help to meet it. Please help us achieve 100% of our fundraising goal by donating here.

Our deep gratitude goes to Tania Katan, our emcee who guided us through an unforgettable evening with her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to activism. We are also thankful to Belle Shayer for her heartfelt stories about Breast Cancer Action’s early years. And to Ricki Fairley and Dr. Monique Gary for laying out the work that we still need to do. Finally, thank you to Voices Lesbian A Capella for Justice for their beautiful and inspirational performance.

And thanks to you for all you do to support our work to address and end the breast cancer epidemic.

If you couldn’t join us last night, we’ll share videos of parts of the event soon. Until then, you can participate in the event by donating to help us meet our event fundraising goal.
