As a Sonoma County area resident and BCAction activist, you are invited to the first virtual Community Cancer Connection Meeting on Wednesday, April 21st at 6:30 PM PST to join in solidarity and share your experiences, strengthen community, and learn more about the impact of toxic exposures that increase breast cancer risks and what you can do about it.
This Community Cancer Connection virtual meeting is part of the GRAton PEsticides (GRAPE) Research Project, of which BCAction is a community partner. This research project aims to investigate potential water and air contamination from agricultural pesticides in the city of Graton in Sonoma County.
Family history accounts for only around 10 percent of breast cancer diagnoses and, as you know, BCAction is committed to reducing our involuntary exposures to toxins in the environment that are linked to breast cancer.
When: Wednesday, April 21st 6:30pm PT
Who: All are welcomed to this event who have experienced living with cancer, caregivers, family members, loved ones impacted, and anyone who wants to learn more.
Let us know if you plan to attend and if you want more information about the GRAPE project. See you there!
